TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, a listed company is
required to publish a trading statement when it has a reasonable degree of
certainty that the financial results for the financial period to be reported on
next will vary by 20% or more from those of the previous comparable period.
As this is Ububele`s first year-end following its reverse listing into Milkworx
Limited, Ububele does not have directly comparable results due to different
reporting lenghts. Shareholders are also reminded that Ububele consolidated its
share capital on a 50 to 1 basis and that the consolidated shares commenced
trading on Monday 23 August 2010, after the current reporting period. Therefore
Ububele has disclosed the financial information contained in this trading
statement on a "before" and "after" consolidation basis.
Shareholders are hereby advised that a reasonable degree of certainty exists
that earnings per share is expected to be between 5.6 cents and 7 cents and
headline earnings per share is expected to be between 8 cents and 9.5 cents,
calculated on an "after" consolidation basis.
Shareholders are further advised that a reasonable degree of certainty exists
that earnings per share is expected to be between 0.112 cents and 0.140 cents
and headline earnings per share is expected to be between 0.160 cents and 0.190
cents, calculated on a "before" consolidation basis.
As disclosed on SENS on 25 February 2010, Ububele achieved earnings per share of
0.02 cents and headline earnings per share of 0.02 cents, for the 16 month
period ended 30 June 2009, on a "before" consolidation basis.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed and reported on by Ububele`s auditors. The financial results for the
year ended 30 June 2010 are expected to be published on SENS on or about 21
September 2010.
