Interest Rate reminder in relation to the Bond JOZI02 for the Interest Period
21 June 2010 up to but excluding 21 September 2010 and Redemption
Announcement.
Notice is hereby given that the Interest Rate, being the three-month JIBAR
plus 25 basis points, in relation to the 3 month Bond JOZI02 for the Interest
Period 21 June 2010 up to but excluding 21 September 2010 was set at 6.88%,
which equates to R17.34 per R1000 unit.
The Bond will be redeemed at R1000 per unit.
The following dates apply to the Interests payment and redemption of Jozi02:
Last date to trade cum interest and redemption Friday, 10 September 2010
Ex-interest and redemption Date Monday, 13 September 2010
Record Date Friday, 17 September 2010
Payment Date Tuesday, 21 September 2010

Listing of the instrument: The termination of listing of Jozi02 will be
effected at commencement of business on Wednesday on 22 September 2010.
