CURRENCY CONVERSION FINAL CASH DIVIDEND
Further to the final cash dividend declared on 26 August 2010 and payable on 20
September 2010, notice of which was released on SENS on 26 August 2010, the rand
to sterling conversion rate that will be used in calculating the sterling amount
payable to shareholders registered in the United Kingdom section of the share
register is R11,0871 to GBP1.00. This equates to a final cash dividend of
GBP24,35 pps to United Kingdom registered shareholders.
