DECLARED A FINAL DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON SASOL LIMITED HOT ENHANCED
DISTRIBUTION SECURITIES (HOT EDS) - ("SOLIHF")
The Directors of Sasol Limited have declared a final cash dividend of R7,70 per
ordinary share payable on Monday, 18 October 2010 to ordinary shareholders
recorded in the books of the company at the close of business on Friday, 15
October 2010.
Accordingly, the warrant holders of the Hot Enhanced Distribution Securities,
SOLIHF, will receive a Sasol Limited final cash dividend of R7,70 per security
on Monday, 18 October 2010 in terms of the Cession clause incorporated in the
Supplement between the holders and Investec Bank Limited. The last day to trade
("cum" the dividend) in order to participate in the dividend will be Friday, 08
October 2010.
SOLIHF Hot Enhanced Distribution Securities will commence trading "ex" the
dividend from the commencement of business on Monday, 11 October 2010 and the
record date will be Friday, 15 October 2010.
