Acquisitions of Shares by Beverly Churchill and Gavin Mitchell
In accordance with DTR 3.1.2, Capital & Counties Properties PLC (the "Company")
was notified today that:
i) Beverly Churchill, a PDMR of the Company, purchased a total of 10,000
ordinary shares of 25p each at a price of 128.1p per share on 16 September 2010.
Beverly Churchill`s shareholding in the Company is now 10,550 ordinary shares of
25p each (0.0017%).
ii) Gavin Mitchell, a PDMR of the Company, purchased 23,053 ordinary shares of
25p each at a price of 129.48p per share on 17 September 2010. Gavin Mitchell`s
shareholding in the Company is now 27,927 ordinary shares of 25p each (0.0045%).
The shares were purchased using net funds acquired from the exercise of share
options previously awarded by Capital Shopping Centres Group PLC.
