TERMINATION OF APPOINTMENT OF DESIGNATED ADVISER
Shareholders are advised that the company has terminated the appointment of
Vunani Corporate Finance as its Designated Adviser with immediate effect as a
result of a conflict of interest.
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the company is
required to appoint a replacement Designated Adviser within 10 business days of
the date hereof, failing which, the company`s listing may be suspended by the
JSE.
It is expected that a further announcement relating to the appointment of a
replacement Designated Adviser will be made shortly.
