NAME CHANGE OF FOSCHINI LIMITED TO THE FOSCHINI GROUP LIMITED
The attention of Warrant holders are drawn to the announcement made by Foschini
Limited ("Foschini"), whereby it was resolved to change the name of Foschini to
The Foschini Group Limited ("Foschini Group") recorded in the books of the
company at the close of business on 01 October 2010. The abbreviated name on
the List will change to "TFG" and the "JSE" Code will change to "TFG". The last
day to trade ("cum") in order to participate will be 23 September 2010.
Notice is hereby given that, notwithstanding the above change of name of
Foschini, the existing warrants, FOSIHE (ISIN Code: ZAE000143558) and FOSIHF
(ISIN Code: ZAE000150157), that Investec Bank Limited has issued over Foschini
will only affect the underlying share code reference which shall be amended to
reflect "TFG" and all other codes will remain unchanged.
