CAPITAL REDUCTION DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE APN SHARE
INSTALMENT
With reference to the SENS announcement distributed on Friday,17 September
2010 regarding the dividend announcement for ASPEN PHARMACARE HOLDINGS LIMITED
ORDINARY SHARES . Please note the announcement was made as a dividend but
should have been a capital reduction.
It should read:
Notice is hereby given of the capital reduction amount payable for ASPEN
PHARMACARE HOLDINGS LIMITED ORDINARY SHARES and that as a result of the
CAPITAL REDUCTION DISTRIBUTION declaration relating to ASPEN PHARMACARE
HOLDINGS LIMITED ORDINARY SHARES (APNNID) the Trustees of the Share Instalment
Trust have declared a CAPITAL REDUCTION amount of 70 cents per APNNID share
instalment that is payable on Monday, 11 October 2010.
The last day to trade cum capital reduction is Friday, 01 October 2010. The
share instalment will commence trading ex capital reduction from Monday, 04
October 2010 and the record date will be Friday, 08 October 2010.
