CHANGE IN DIRECTOR`S ROLE
Shareholders are advised that, with effect from 30 September 2010, Mrs B
Willcocks` role on the company`s board of directors will change from that of an
executive director to a non-executive director.
Mrs Willcocks is retiring from her position as human resources director. The
board thanks Mrs Willcocks for her contribution as an executive and looks
forward to working with her in her new capacity.
