CHANGE OF FUNCTION OF DIRECTOR
In accordance with rule 3.59(c) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders of the Company are hereby advised that the function of Mr Barney
Esterhuyzen, as director of International Business on an interim basis, has
changed to that of Group Managing Director, with effect from 21 September 2010.
As part of the succession plan of DigiCore, Barney will be responsible for
restructuring and overseeing the international operations of the Group.
The board welcomes the appointment of Barney as Group Managing Director and
looks forward to his valued contribution.
