DIRECTOR`S CHANGE IN FUNCTION
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of Conduit Capital hereby notifies its shareholders that,
with effect from 1 September 2010, the status of Mr Stanley David Shane has
changed from that of executive director to non-executive director. Mr Shane
retains his directorships in all subsidiary companies and remains the Managing
Director of Conduit Fund Managers (Proprietary) Limited.
