In accordance with the provisions of clause 7.5 of the
Terms and Conditions of Collateralised Auto Receivables
Securitisation Programme (Proprietary) Limited Programme
Memorandum and Series Supplement dated 12 October 2006 -
1CRA43, 1CRA51, 1CRB3, 1CRC3, 1CRD3 and 1CRE3 Notes due
12 October 2026, the Issuer has hereby requested the JSE
to notify Noteholders, with effect from 22 September
2010, that the Issuer will exercise the Note Clean up
Call Option on 12 October 2010.
