Subject to the successful completion of the scheme of arrangement between Abe
Construction Chemicals (South Africa, constituent) and Chryso Southern Africa
(South Africa, non constituent) and notification from the Stock Exchange, FTSE
and the JSE announces the following changes:
INDEX CHANGE EFFECTIVE FROM
START OF TRADING
FTSE/JSE Africa AltX (J232) Abe Construction Chemicals (South Africa,
ZAE000102059, B23XCG9) will be deleted from the index.
FTSE/JSE Africa AltX 15 (J233) Abe Construction Chemicals will be deleted
from the index.

Beige Holdings (South Africa, ZAE000034161, 6084893) will be added to the index
with a shares in issue figure of 1,608,317,095 and an investability weighting of
75%.
