CHANGE TO BOARD RESPONSIBILITIES
Shareholders are advised that, with immediate effect:
- Colin Wood, who has served as an Independent non-executive director on the
board since March 2008, has been appointed as non-executive Chairman; and
- Terry Bantock, previously appointed as Executive Chairman, has been
appointed as group Chief Executive Officer.
The changes to the board responsibilities detailed in this announcement
strengthen Buildmax`s corporate governance and completely separate the roles of
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer going forward.
