RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are notified that at the annual general meeting held on 23
September 2010, all the ordinary resolutions and the special resolution proposed
thereat were duly passed by the requisite majority votes.
The special resolution granting a general authority to the directors to
repurchase the Company`s shares was adopted and will be lodged for registration
with CIPRO in due course.
