The Company advises that its annual report, incorporating the audited financial
statements for the year ended 30 June 2010, is available on the Company`s
website, www.resgen.com.au from today 24 September 2010 and contains no changes
to the audited provisional results which were announced on SENS on 19 August
2010.
Notice is given that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held at
10.00 am (Sydney time) on Wednesday 27 October 2010 at Radisson Plaza Hotel, 27
O`Connell Street, Sydney NSW, to transact business as stated in the notice of
annual general meeting of shareholders. The notice is available on the Company`s
website, www.resgen.com.au and also on the ASX website www.asx.com.au.
