Following an announcement released on SENS on Thursday, 23 September 2010, Gold
Fields wishes to advise that the Annual Report contains no modifications to the
audited results which were published on 5 August 2010.
Annual General Meeting
Members are advised that the Company`s annual general meeting will be held at
150 Helen Road, Sandown, Sandton, Johannesburg, on Tuesday, 2 November 2010 at
10:00 (SA time). The AGM will transact the business as stated in the notice of
that meeting, a copy of which can be found in the annual report on the Company`s
website at www.goldfields.co.za.
