Further to the announcements dated 12 August 2010 and 16 August 2010,
shareholders are advised that the related party transaction exceeds 5% of the
Company`s market capitalisation and thus will require approval by shareholders
in general meeting.
A circular to shareholders is being prepared and will be dispatched to
shareholders in due course.
