CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the following
information is disclosed:
Ian Alan Richard Thomson has been appointed to the board of ELB as an
independent non-executive director with effect from today.
He has also been appointed as Chairman of the Audit Committee with immediate
effect. Mr Theunis de Bruyn, the previous Chairman, will remain a member of the
Audit Committee.
