The Notice of Annual General Meeting was posted to shareholders on Tuesday, 28
September 2010 and notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of
the company will be held at 11:00 on Monday, 25 October 2010, at the offices
of HCI, Block B, Longkloof Studios, Darters Road, Gardens, Cape Town to
transact business as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting.
