Shareholders are advised that the Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2010
was dispatched on 28 September 2010 and contains no modifications to the audited
provisional results published on 18 June 2010. The Annual Report will also be
available to download from the company website at www.sentula.co.za.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of
Sentula will be held at Pembi Conference Centre, Building 12 C, The Woodlands
Office Park, Western Service Road, Woodmead, Sandton at 10:00 on Thursday, 28
October 2010, to conduct the business stated in the notice of the annual general
meeting, which is contained in the Annual Report
