audited preliminary results released on SENS on 24 August 2010.

Shareholders are further advised that the Annual General Meeting of the company
will be held on Wednesday, 17 November 2010 at 09:00 at the registered office of
the company, the Eqstra Meeting Room, 12 Corobrik Road Meadowdale. The notice of
the AGM is contained in the Annual Report posted to shareholders on Wednesday,
29 September 2010.
