statements contain no modifications to the audited results which were published
on the Securities Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited on Tuesday, 31 August
2010. The annual report will be available on the company`s website at

Notice is hereby given that the company`s annual general meeting will be held at
PSG Group`s office situated at 1st Floor, Ou Kollege, 35 Kerk Street,
Stellenbosch on Friday, 22 October 2010 at 09h00 to transact the business as
stated in the notice of the annual general meeting circulated together with the
annual report.
