CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, the board of directors is pleased to announce that Mr Wally van Coller
("Wally") has been appointed as an executive director of the Company with effect
from 1 October 2010.
Wally obtained his Mechanical/Industrial Engineering degree in 1978 from the
University of Stellenbosch, and also holds a Masters degree in Business
Leadership from the University of South Africa School of Business Leadership.
His prior experience includes management positions held in various manufacturing
businesses in the building materials industry.
Wally was also appointed as Managing Director of the Company`s subsidiary,
William Tell Industries (Proprietary) Limited, with effect from 1 July 2010.
