CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Change statement
Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements have been
distributed to shareholders on 30 September 2010 and contain the following
modification to the audited results which were published on SENS on 14 September
2010:
The statement of cash flows, where the proceeds from the Company`s rights issue
are recorded, have been reclassified as cash flow from financing activities as
opposed to cash flow from investing activities.
Notice of the annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Comair shareholders
will be held at Comair`s Operations Building on Thursday 28 October 2010 at
12h00 to transact the business as stated in the annual general meeting notice
forming part of the annual financial statements.
