Shareholders are advised that the Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2010
was dispatched on 30 September 2010 and contains no modifications to the
reviewed provisional results published on 13 July 2010. The Annual Report will
also be available to download from the Company website at www.chemspecpaint.com.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of
Chemspec will be held at the Company`s registered office, 2029 Old Mill Road,
Canelands, Durban at 11:00 am on 29 October 2010, to conduct the business stated
in the notice of the annual general meeting, which is contained in the Annual
Report.
