Change in Depositary Bank
Mustek wishes to announce that Mega International Commercial Bank`s appointment
as the Company`s Depositary Bank for the Taiwan Depositary Receipts will be
terminated with effect from 31 December 2010.
The Company will appoint Chinatrust Commercial Bank ("Chinatrust") as its new
Depositary Bank with effect from 1 January 2011. Chinatrust will in turn appoint
Citibank as its custodian for safekeeping the underlying shares.
