Shareholders are referred to item 5 of the salient terms of the agreement
referred to in the announcement published on 21 September 2010 regarding the
transaction between the Company`s subsidiary, Trustco Mobile (Pty) Ltd, Econet
Wireless (Private) Ltd and First Mutual Life Assurance Company (Pty) Ltd ("the
Parties").
The Company is pleased to announce that the approval by the Commissioner of
Insurance, Pension and Provident Funds in Zimbabwe was issued on 28 September
2010.
