APPOINTMENT OF COMPANY SECRETARY
Shareholders are advised that, following the announcement on 1 September 2010
confirming the resignation of Routledge Modise Inc, practicing as Eversheds,
as company secretary, the board is pleased to announce that Ms Sirkien van
Schalkwyk has been appointed as company secretary with effect from 1 October
2010.
Ms van Schalkwyk completed a BLC degree in 1996 and entered the company
secretarial market, whereafter she completed an LLB degree part time. With more
than 12 years` experience in the secretarial market, including acting as company
secretary to a number of listed entities, the board believes that she is a
competent, suitably qualified and experienced company secretary with the ability
to add value on various levels in the organisation.
