Appointment and retirement of directors
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements
shareholders are hereby advised that the following appointments to the board of
directors of the Company were made, with immediate effect, at the Company`s
Annual General Meeting which was held on 29 September 2010:
1.Appointment of Advocate R Heathcote SC
Advocate R Heathcote was appointed as an independent non-executive director.
2.Appointment of Mr T Mberirua
Mr T Mberirua was appointed as an independent non-executive director.
3.Appointment of Mr W Geyser
Mr W Geyser was appointed as an independent non-executive director.
4.Appointment of Mr T Aupindi
Mr T Aupindi was appointed as an independent non-executive director with
immediate effect.
Furthermore in compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, shareholders are advised that Mr G Walters has resigned from the
board as executive director with effect from 1 October 2010.
The board takes this opportunity to thank Mr G Walters for his
contribution to the Company.
