CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT AND TRADING HALT
Shareholders are advised that the Company has entered into negotiations, which
if successfully concluded may have a material effect on the price of the
Company`s securities. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution
when dealing in the Company`s securities until a further announcement is made.
With reference to the above cautionary and in compliance with the ASX rules FSE
has requested a trading halt of its securities until the commencement of trading
on Tuesday 5th October pending the release of an announcement regarding a
potential transaction affecting share capital.
The Company has therefore requested the JSE to also trade halt the securities
until a detailed announcement is published.
