MAIDEN DIVIDEND DECLARATION
The board has declared a maiden dividend as a listed company of 2,0 cents per
share. It remains the policy of the group to review the dividend annually in
light of profitability, cash flow, gearing and net external debt, future
availability of credit and any covenants imposed in terms of existing financing
arrangements.
The salient dates for the dividend are as follows:
Last day to trade cum dividend Friday, 15 October 2010
Shares trade ex dividend Monday, 18 October 2010

Payment date Monday, 25 October 2010
No share certificates may be dematerialised or rematerialised between Monday, 18
