Notice is hereby given that on Friday, 01 October 2010, Netcare Limited declared
a preference dividend (Number 9) of 373.87 cents per preference share for the
period from 01 April 2010 to 30 September 2010, payable on Monday, 25 October
2010 to holders of the preference shares recorded in the books of the Company at
close of business on Friday, 22 October 2010.
In compliance with the requirements of STRATE, the following dates are
applicable:
