CHANGE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, Assore is pleased to announce that Mr William Frank Urmson has been
appointed as an independent non-executive director to the Assore board of
directors with effect from 1 October 2010. He will also serve on the Group`s
Audit and Risk, and Remuneration committees.
Mr Urmson was a former Deputy Chairman at Ernst & Young and the former Director:
Surveillance at the JSE Limited but remains as a part-time consultant to the JSE
Limited responsible for internal audit.
