CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited,
the board of directors of QPG hereby notifies its shareholders that Mr Johann
Theunis Opperman has resigned as an executive director of the company with
effect from 30 September 2010.
The board thanks Mr Opperman for his dedicated service and contribution to the
company and wishes him well for the future.
