APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS
In compliance with the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, Shareholders
are advised that Mr Vee Moodley has been appointed as Betting Executive Director
and Mr John Stuart has been appointed as International Executive Director of the
company, both with effect from 1 October 2010.
Vee joined Phumelela on 1 July 2010 after serving with the National Horse Racing
Authority for the previous three years as CEO Designate, whilst John has been
with Phumelela since its formation in October 1997 and has successfully headed
up the international division for the past three years.
The Directors welcome Mr Moodley and Mr Stuart to the Board.
