DEALING IN SECURITIES
In compliance with Rules 3.63 - 3.74 of the JSE`s Listings Requirements, the
following information relating to dealings in Sun International Limited shares
is disclosed:
1 DEFERRED BONUS PLAN
The following matching awards of ordinary shares conditionally granted in
October 2007 vested on 1 October 2010 after a 3 year performance period and
were delivered, for no consideration and at a deemed value of R97,49 per
share, on 1 October 2010 to:
Executive directors:
D C Coutts-Trotter 8 932 shares - deemed value R870 780,68
R P Becker 3 611 shares - deemed value R352 036,39
The delivery of the above shares is in terms of the rules of the deferred
bonus plan as adopted and approved by shareholders.
2 SALES OF SHARES
The following sales of ordinary shares took place on 1 October 2010 at a
price of R97,4518 per share:

Clearance has been received in terms of rule 3.66 of the JSE`s Listings
