As announced on SENS on 16 September 2010, the Company`s Annual General Meeting
of shareholders will be held at 31 Van Eck Street, Chamdor on Wednesday, 17
November 2010 at 09:00, to transact the business stated in the notice of the
Annual General Meeting contained in the Annual Report.
