Changes to the board of directors
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited`s Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Mr Tyrone Soondarjee has been appointed an
executive director of the Company and its subsidiary, Sasfin Bank Limited
(jointly "the Group") and has assumed the role of financial director of the
Group with effect from 1 October 2010.
Mr Malcolm Segal has relinquished his duties as financial director and will
continue as an executive director of the Group from the same date.
Mr Tyrone Soondarjee (49) is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds a
BCompt Honours degree from Unisa. He has had a 29 year career in the
professional services and banking industries and has been the Group`s Chief
Financial Officer since 1 July 2007.
