The net attributable asset value ("NAAV") of the Foord Compass Limited Variable
Rate Debentures ("the debentures") is reported on by the company on a quarterly
basis. The NAAV as at 30 September 2010 amounted to 752.8 cents per debenture
(30 June 2010: 702.5 cents on an ex-interest basis). This represents an
increase in the NAAV of 6.7% over the quarter.
Debenture interest of 21.0 cents per debenture was paid to debenture holders in
August 2010 in respect of the interest declaration for the six months ended 30
June 2010 as announced on 19 July 2010.
The reported NAAV has not been reviewed or reported on by the company`s
auditors.
