report for the 2010 financial year did not include the ordinary resolution
dealing with the ratification of the executive directors` remuneration for the
year ended 30 June 2010
Accordingly, a revised form of proxy in respect of the annual general meeting
to be held on Wednesday, 3 November 2010 at 11:00 at the registered office of
the company, 91 Protea Road, Chislehurston, Sandton, will be sent to all
shareholders, together with a copy of this announcement.
