The company confirms that there was no change between the audited annual
financial statements and the audited results for the year ended 31 March 2010
released on SENS on 30 June 2010.
The company advises that the annual financial statements have been finalised and
the annual report will be posted to shareholders shortly.
Shareholders are advised that the Annual General Meeting of shareholders will be
held on Monday, 1 November 2010 at 10:00 at Arcay House, Number 3 Anerley Road,
