NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the audited annual financial statements for the
year ended 30 June 2010 posted on 6 October 2010 are unchanged from the
reviewed consolidated results which were released on SENS on 6 September 2010.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of AMAP will be held
in the boardroom of Amalgamated Appliance Holdings Limited, Tedelex House, 29
Heronmere Road, Reuven, Johannesburg, at 09:00 on Friday, 5 November 2010. The
notice of annual general meeting is issued with the annual report.
