CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with section 3.59 of the JSE Limited`s Listing Requirements, the
board of SELCo wishes to advise shareholders that Helga Doring, the Company`s
financial director, has resigned with immediate effect. Ilze Bosch who served
as financial director prior to Helga Doring`s appointment on 2 September 2010
has been reappointed to the board and will assume the role of financial director
with immediate effect.
