RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the Annual General Meeting of Wescoal
shareholders held today, all the resolutions were passed by the requisite
majorities of votes of shareholders present and represented by proxy. The
special resolution will be submitted to the Registrar of Companies for
registration in due course.
