UPDATE TO SHAREHOLDERS
Shareholder are referred to the SENS announcements dated 22 June 2010, 28 July
2010 and 31 August 2010, and are advised that the Case relating to Angel
Diamonds (Proprietary) Limited (Case CIV/APN/333/2010) ("Case") which was to be
heard in the High Court of Lesotho ("High Court") on 6 October 2010 has once
again been postponed to 10 November 2010 for judgement in an interlocutory
application for security for costs by the applicants of 20 August 2010 ("the
application") in the High Court.
Thabex has provided a bank guarantee of R250 000 for security for costs by the
respondents in the Case. The applicants` attorneys agreed on 27 August 2010 not
to proceed with the application on the court date of 30 August 2010. However,
the applicants revived the application again on 8 September 2010.
Shareholders will be informed about any further developments regarding the Case
as well as the expected date of publication of the Company`s February 2010 year
end results.
