ADVERSE AUDIT OPINION ON REVIEWED PROVISIONAL REPORT
The Johannesburg Stock Exchange ("JSE") wishes to advise that the abovementioned
company`s provisional report for the year ended 30 June 2010 contains an adverse
reviewed opinion. Shareholders are advised to refer to the provisional report to
ascertain the exact nature of the adverse opinion.
Accordingly, the company`s listing on the JSE TRADELECT system has been
annotated with an "A" to indicate the adverse reviewed opinion. This annotation
will be removed when the company`s auditors` report no longer contains an
adverse audit opinion.
This announcement has been placed by the JSE in the interest of shareholders.
