RESTRUCUTURE OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited and in line with recent changes introduced in King III, the company
wishes to announce the following changes to the board of directors of Huge:
1 Mr A Potgieter has handed over the position of chairman with effect from 6
October 2010. He will remain as an executive director of the board of Huge
and as Managing Director of Huge Media.
2 Mr S Tredoux has changed his role from a non-executive director to become
the non-executive Chairman of the Group with effect from 6 October 2010.
3 As previously announced, Mrs M Meth will be resigning as the financial
director of Huge, which resignation will be with effect from 22 October
2010, to take up a senior post with another company.
4 Mr J Herbst will be acting as interim financial director whilst the company
secures a new full time financial director.
5 Mr K Jarvis will remain as lead independent director of Huge.
