Shareholders are advised that all of the ordinary resolutions and the special
resolution proposed at the AGM of Chrometco held on Friday, 8 October 2010, were
passed by the requisite majority of shareholders. The special resolution will be
submitted for registration at the Companies and Intellectual Property
Registration Office in due course.
