RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the Annual General Meeting held today, all the
resolutions as set out in the notice of Annual General Meeting contained in the
company`s 2010 Annual Financial Statements, were duly passed by the requisite
majority votes.
The special resolution granting a general authority to the directors to
repurchase the company`s shares as and if appropriate will be sent to CIPRO for
registration.
